9. Smart home and security installations. Customers retain ownership and administrative control of installed security systems, cameras, smart locks, alarms, and connected home devices. Passwords, user accounts, subscriptions, and monitoring access remain the sole responsibility of the customer after installation.

10. Safety during construction. Customers agree to keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas. Construction sites may contain tools, equipment, electrical devices, ladders, and other temporary hazards until the project has been completed.

11. Limitation of liability. Dwelling Style And Decor shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from severe weather, supplier shortages, utility interruptions, hidden structural conditions, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
